You are buying a seat at a single live online masterclass on prop firm trading, run by Trade with Iqshant. It is scheduled for Sun, 20 Sept 2026 at 7:00 PM IST, runs for 2 Hours, and is delivered in Hindi + English.

You are not buying a funded trading account, a prop firm challenge, a signal service, a managed account, or any ongoing mentorship. Nothing beyond the session described on this website is included.

This masterclass is educational content only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and it is not a promise of income, profit or payout.

Trading and prop firm challenges carry a real risk of loss. You can lose the fees you pay for challenges and you can lose money you trade. Any payout screenshots, student results or figures shown anywhere on this website are individual results from specific people at specific times. They are not typical, they are not a projection, and they are not guaranteed to be repeated by you or by anyone else.

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Every trading decision you make after attending is yours alone, and you are responsible for it. If you need advice about your own finances, consult a licensed professional.

Your seat is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed through Razorpay. The price shown on the site at the time of your payment is the price that applies; promotional pricing is available only while it is displayed, and we may change pricing for future sessions at any time.

You must give a name, a working WhatsApp number and, where asked, an email address that are accurate and your own. If the WhatsApp number you enter is wrong, we cannot deliver your access.

Access is delivered electronically. Immediately after a successful payment you are given the private WhatsApp group link, and the joining link for the live session along with reminders are shared in that group before the class begins. Nothing is physically shipped. The full details are on our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We may reschedule the session where that is necessary — for a technical failure, an illness, or another cause outside our reasonable control. If we do, we will give notice in the WhatsApp group and by the contact details you registered with, and your registration carries over to the rescheduled session at no extra cost.

If you cannot attend at the scheduled time, your registration stays valid for the session you booked. We are not able to reschedule individual seats.

All sales are final. Refunds are given only for duplicate payments and for payments where access was not delivered. The full rule, and how to claim, is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your seat is personal to you. The session, the strategy taught in it, and any material shared around it remain our property, and you are given a personal, non-transferable right to attend and to learn from them. You may not:

• Record, screen-capture, stream or re-broadcast any part of the session.
• Share your joining link, or resell, redistribute or republish the session or its material.
• Teach the material as your own, or use it to run a competing paid class.
• Share the private WhatsApp group link outside your own use of it.

We may remove anyone from the session or the group, without a refund, for breaking these rules, for abusive or disruptive behaviour, or for promoting other offers to the group.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the masterclass is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, prop firm challenge fees, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of what is taught.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you pay is the version that applies to your registration.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
