Shipping & Delivery Policy

This is a digital product. No physical goods are sold, shipped or couriered, so no delivery address is needed and no shipping charge is ever added.

What you buy is a seat at a live online masterclass, and it is delivered electronically.

Immediately after your payment succeeds, you receive:

• The private WhatsApp group link, shown on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed and sent to the WhatsApp number you registered with.
• Your registration confirmation, sent to the email address you registered with, where you provided one.
• The joining link for the live session, along with reminders, shared in the WhatsApp group before the class begins.

Delivery is immediate and automatic. There is no waiting period and no dispatch time.

The masterclass is held live online on Sun, 20 Sept 2026 at 7:00 PM IST, and runs for 2 Hours. It is delivered in Hindi + English. You attend at that scheduled date and time using the joining link shared in the WhatsApp group.

If we have to reschedule, we will say so in the WhatsApp group and through the contact details you registered with, and your access carries over to the new date at no extra cost.

A smartphone, tablet or computer with a working internet connection, and WhatsApp installed on the number you register with. That number is how your access reaches you, so please make sure it is correct and active before you pay.

If your payment went through but you did not get the WhatsApp group link, write to us at tradewithiqshant@gmail.com with your payment ID and the number you registered with, and we will deliver your access manually. If access cannot be delivered at all, the payment is refunded in full under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
