We answer during our support hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST — and we aim to reply to every message within one working day.
For anything to do with a payment, please include the Razorpay payment ID and the name and WhatsApp number you registered with. It lets us find the payment on the first reply instead of the third.
