Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Trade with Iqshant collects through this website, why it is collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can ask for it to be removed.

Who this policy is from

This website sells access to a live online masterclass. It is operated by the business whose details appear at the bottom of this page, and “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean that business.

By registering for the masterclass you agree to the handling of your information described here.

Information you give us

When you register, we ask for and store:

  • Your full name.
  • Your WhatsApp number — this is how the joining link is sent to you.
  • Your email address, where you provide one.

We also store the registration itself: the amount, the currency, the status of the payment, and the time it happened.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID, net-banking credentials and any one-time password are entered on Razorpay’s own payment page and are never seen, handled or stored by this website. What we receive back from Razorpay is the payment reference, the amount and whether the payment succeeded.

Razorpay processes that information under its own privacy policy and under Indian payment regulations.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, the following is collected:

  • Your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string (which browser and device you are using).
  • Which pages you opened, how far down the page you scrolled, which sections came into view, and when.
  • The page that referred you, and the campaign parameters in the link you clicked — utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.
  • Cookies and similar identifiers set by the advertising and analytics tools described in the next section.

Advertising and measurement

This site is advertised online, so it measures which advertisements lead to registrations. We want to be exact about what that involves.

  • Meta Pixel. A script from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) runs in your browser and reports page views, checkout starts, registrations and purchases. It sets Meta’s own cookies, including _fbp and _fbc.
  • Meta Conversions API. The same events are also sent to Meta from our server. So that Meta can match a registration to the advertisement you clicked, we send a SHA-256 hashed version of your email address, your phone number and your first name — hashing converts them into a fixed string that we cannot reverse, and Meta never receives those details from us in readable form. Alongside the hashed values we send your IP address, your browser’s user-agent, and Meta’s own _fbp and _fbc cookie values, which are not hashed.
  • Google Analytics 4, which records how the page is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking where a Google Ads account is connected. These set Google’s cookies and receive a browser identifier along with the event.

If no pixel or measurement ID is configured for the site, none of these scripts load at all — no script, no cookie and no request is made.

Why we use this information

  • To confirm your registration and send you the WhatsApp group link and joining details.
  • To send reminders and information about the session you registered for.
  • To process your payment and keep the records a business is required to keep.
  • To answer your support messages.
  • To measure how our advertising performs, so that we spend on the campaigns that work.

Who your information is shared with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches the following service providers only because they run part of the service:

  • Razorpay — to take and verify your payment.
  • Supabase — the database where your registration is stored.
  • Vercel — the hosting platform that serves this website.
  • Meta and Google — for the advertising measurement described above.
  • WhatsApp — the joining link and session reminders are delivered to the WhatsApp number you register with.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law — generally up to eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Analytics and advertising data is kept for as long as Meta and Google retain it under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at tradewithiqshant@gmail.com with the name and WhatsApp number you registered with. We will act on the request within 30 days.

Deleting your registration ends any further messages from us, but it cannot remove payment records that we are legally required to keep. You can leave the WhatsApp group at any time, and you can limit advertising cookies through your browser settings and through your Meta and Google ad preferences.

Security

Your registration is stored in a hosted database with access restricted to the operator of this site. Payment credentials never reach us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Children

This masterclass is meant for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and the “last updated” date at the top changes with it.
